Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered from you from afar! Your communications were perfect. I knew when the order went out and when it was delivered. My friend sent me pictures of the arrangement - beautiful! The arrangement was beautiful and filled with lots of color, just as requested and delivered right on time. My sister-in-law came home after a difficult and exhausting day to a beautiful and cheerful flower arrangement that in her words "REALLY cheered me up". THANKYOU !
